Many of you have expressed an interest in paying with your Credit Card without signing up for a PayPal account. Now you can, simply follow these steps...

    1. Apply for a membership the usual way.
    2. When asked for a method of payment, select MANUAL (not PayPal).
    3. This will put your account in a pending state
    4. Within 24 hours, you will receive an invoice in your e-mail
    5. Select pay and you will be forwarded to the PayPal website
    6. To the left of the PayPal login, you will see an option to pay without a PayPal account
    7. Proceed with the payment process
    8. Your account will be activated within 24 hours of payment

Please note that if you do not have a PayPal account, you cannot setup reoccurring payments.

Should you have any questions or concerns, please respond on this forum or simply e-mail billing@handtoolworkshop.com

Enjoy your time in the shop...

    Hey Guys,

How did you make your original payment? did you go through the regular method or did we send you a manual invoice?

PLEASE give us an option other than PayPal!

I absolutely hate PayPal - I have lost items on eBay because they won't process a credit card payment until I give them even more of my account information - they are a terrible terrible organisation, and I won't use them!!

Please can you change your site to accept credit cards WITHOUT going through PayPal (even your "pay by credit card without PayPal" still goes through PayPal - so I enter my credit card that I once used with PayPal and it ties it up to the account I have closed and says I can't use it!!

I want to buy Rob Cosman's annual subscription - but I'm not prepared to use PayPal to do it!!!

    Thanks

Thank you for your question and concern. Because of automatic recurring payments, a monthly member must choose paypal as their option. If you wish to go with the annual subscription we will take a credit card payment through our toll-free number... 1-877-967-5966. Let me know if you have any other concerns.

I have attempted to make an online payment with my credit card twice.  The instructions on this post says to select the "manual" option to make credit card payments.  There is only one payment method that I see on your billing information web page. That page lists only the following:

    1) PayPay, I already have a PayPal account

    2) I need to create a PayPal account (where available)

I do not wish to do either so where is the "manual" payment option? I cannot find it...

Rob, is there a way for me to write directly to you instead of posting to this forum?  I would like to privately write to you or your staff on this issue instead of letting everyone read my comments.  You have my private email address listed in my profile. I am hoping to hear from you.

    Thanks.  Howard
