I have registered as a free subscriber but would like to upgrade to a monthly paid subscription, but the website doesn't seem to allow this, can you tell me how?

    Thanks

I am having the same issue trying to convert to a paid account. Also I find it disconcerting that the profiles default to being fully public. You are putting everyones names, email addresses and home addresses out there for anyone to see.

Thank you for the great suggestions and comments. I have taken into consideration what both of you have suggested. I have defaulted the profiles to non-visible unless otherwise specified by the member. Also, I have now made it possible to upgrade your membership quickly and easily. Hope this helps, let me know if you have any other suggestions or questions. Thanks for helping us during this initial phase. Enjoy your time here.

The subscription form asks for an "organization".  What is this?

Is it possible to obtain the one year subscription without the automatic renewal?

It isn't possible to subscribe without the automatic renewal, but you're able to cancel your account at any time. So after one year if you would like to cancel your account, just do so and you won't be charged the renewal.
    Hope this helps!

The "Organization" field on the sign up page, is something we aren't able to remove. If this doesn't apply to you, just put "N/A" in that field. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
