Video problem

    Hey guys! Ive been experiencing problems with videos the last few days.  Randomly through episodes I have a message come up that says "Sorry There was an issue with playback." My internet is extremely fast and I have a wired Ethernet connection. Is anyone else experiencing similar issues? Thanks in advance!

    I am experiencing the same and similar issues. Also have a frequent black screen that restarts the counter to zero and does nothing more. I have yet to see any video without interruption. Any  suggestions would be most helpful.

    Are these issues still occurring? If so, please send an email off to Frick @ support@robsworkshop.com and explain to him the problem, give him an episode as an example, and he'll try to provide a solution.
