Cherry Table

    Built the cherry table and find I am unsure on how to finish it, I don't have the equipment or environment to use spray equipment. Also not sure about what to use as a finish. I like the look of the cherry in it's natural state. What type of product would you advise I use to finish it?

    Cherry looks its best oiled, I think.  It is a time consuming process that requires several coats and a day of drying in between.  My favorite is tung oil, the brand I like is Circa 1850.  It gets into the wood unlike top coats which do just that, sit on top.  Good luck and post the results

    FWIW, I used General Finishes's Arm-R-Seal on my cherry kitchen cabinets and we liked the results.
