I have found myself having to search thru videos to try to find the way to sharpen different planes and chisels. Maybe you could make a section for sharpening in other media that has all the different things to sharpen. It would be great for us that don't get into the shop as often and need some refreshing before going to the stones.

    Thanks

    Morning Pat,

Have a look at the Index.  It is alphabetical so look under the "S" for Sharpening to see if I captured the specific tool your working on.  You will also find use and sharpening instructions for most tools by looking up each tool by name; I cross linked many of them.  I tried to include video examples in both the Hand and the Power sections where available.  Hope this helps.

    Carry on.

ps: The index started as a personal project to keep track of Rob's various techniques.  Sort of a "What would Rob do?" reference for my eyes only.  As such it includes mostly info of interest to myself and may be missing items needed by others.  It has grown quite large.  If you run across anything you find interesting that I have overlooked please let me know and I'll try to add it to the monster.
